We follow a daily multi-step cleaning routine to keep our sand safe, fresh, and enjoyable at all times. All sand zones are kept completely food, drink, and gum-free to prevent contamination before it can start. Throughout the day, our team actively monitors the sand, removes any debris, and regularly turns and fluffs it to keep it light, airy, and evenly maintained. Yes. Our sand is 100% silica-free and dust-free, carefully selected to be soft and safe for children's play. It's gentle on little hands and feet while delivering a rich, satisfying sensory experience. Cleaning happens throughout the entire day, not just after hours. Our team continuously monitors the space, cleans high-touch surfaces, and maintains the sand zones during operating hours. We also follow a structured end-of-day routine that includes sanitizing all toys, equipment, and play areas using kid-safe solutions. The result is a consistently clean, safe space for every visit.

Comfortable play clothes are best. Sand play is wonderfully messy, so dress for fun and don't worry about keeping things spotless, that's what we're here for.

No socks anywhere in the facility. Everyone plays barefoot, keeping our sand clean and the experience authentic for every child.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted during Open Play sessions. This helps us maintain our clean sand environment. We do sell snacks and drinks on-site if you need a little fuel during your visit. Food is welcome for birthday party guests only.

We offer two packages. Both include 120 minutes of total booking time (prep, play, and AR party room), access to all play zones, a personalized construction hat with themed sticker sheet for each child, juice boxes, a countertop prep area, and a mini fridge.
