We're designed for children ages 1 to 10. Toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary kids all find plenty to love here.

Absolutely. We have comfortable seating areas throughout the space so parents can relax and recharge while staying close to all the action.

We follow a daily multi-step cleaning routine to keep our sand safe, fresh, and enjoyable at all times. All sand zones are kept completely food, drink, and gum-free to prevent contamination before it can start. Throughout the day, our team actively monitors the sand, removes any debris, and regularly turns and fluffs it to keep it light, airy, and evenly maintained. Yes. Our sand is 100% silica-free and dust-free, carefully selected to be soft and safe for children's play. It's gentle on little hands and feet while delivering a rich, satisfying sensory experience. We also maintain strict hygiene standards around how the sand is used and cared for, preventing outside contaminants, maintaining clean equipment, and supporting the space with proper air filtration so the sand stays safe and enjoyable for every child. Our facility is equipped with commercial-grade air filtration systems that continuously circulate and clean the air throughout the day. These systems capture airborne particles, dust, and allergens, helping keep the environment fresh and comfortable for both kids and parents from the moment you walk in. Cleaning happens throughout the entire day, not just after hours. Our team continuously monitors the space, cleans high-touch surfaces, and maintains the sand zones during operating hours. We also follow a structured end-of-day routine that includes sanitizing all toys, equipment, and play areas using kid-safe solutions. The result is a consistently clean, safe space for every visit.

Comfortable play clothes are best. Sand play is wonderfully messy, so dress for fun and don't worry about keeping things spotless, that's what we're here for.

No socks anywhere in the facility. Everyone plays barefoot, keeping our sand clean and the experience authentic for every child.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted during Open Play sessions. This helps us maintain our clean sand environment. We do sell snacks and drinks on-site if you need a little fuel during your visit. Food is welcome for birthday party guests only.

Every package includes 120 minutes of celebration (prep, play, and the private AR party room), Interactive Table Games, juice boxes for every child, paper goods and utensils, a countertop prep area, and a mini fridge. With The Cove Party the entire Cove is exclusively yours; with The Sand Party the party room is yours while a limited open play group shares the play floor. Yes! You're welcome to bring your own tabletop and free-standing decorations. To help us keep Diggers Cove safe, we don't allow confetti, glitter, wall adhesives, nails, or hanging decorations.

The Cove Party includes 12 children and goes up to 18. The Sand Party includes 10 and goes up to 16. Additional children are $19.99 each. More kids on party day than you booked? They are simply added at the additional-child rate. Contact us if you have a larger group.

Our party room features an immersive projection experience that brings the walls and table to life with themed animations and interactive games, it's like no other party room your child has seen. Yes, outside food, drinks, and cake are welcome for birthday parties. The room includes a countertop prep area and a mini fridge to keep things fresh. Please note that once children move to the eating area they cannot return to the play zones.

Yes, we take care of both. The room will be ready when you arrive, and we handle all cleanup after the event so you don't have to lift a finger.

Setup is included within your 2-hour booking. We recommend using the first portion to bring in food, cake, and any personal decorations before guests arrive.

Yes, every play zone is open to your party. With The Cove Party the full facility is exclusively for your guests during the booking. With The Sand Party your kids play in every zone alongside a limited open play group, and the party room stays yours.

Our team is on-site throughout your event to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up quickly, so the earlier the better. Book your party.

Yes, a $150 deposit secures your date and party slot. The remaining balance is due on or before party day and can be paid at the store.

Cancel 14 or more days before your party for a full deposit refund. Cancel 7 to 13 days before and your deposit converts to store credit valid for 6 months. Cancellations less than 7 days before the party forfeit the deposit. Every booking also includes one free reschedule with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability, and the new date must be within 90 days of the original booking; reschedule requests made less than 72 hours out are treated as cancellations. To keep the space safe and clean for everyone, we do not allow glitter, confetti, piñatas, face painting, or alcohol in the facility. Please also note that parties are expected to wrap up on time, as extended stays may incur an additional charge.

The Cove Party is fully private: the entire Cove, every play zone included, is yours for the whole booking. The Sand Party keeps the AR party room private for your group while a limited open play group shares the play floor, at a lower price. Both run 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays with the same add-ons. Open Play is our reserved 2-hour play session where families can visit, explore, and enjoy all play zones at their own pace. No structure inside the session, just great, free-form play for kids and a relaxed experience for parents.

Yes. Open Play runs in reserved 2-hour sessions every day, and reserving ahead guarantees your spot. If you arrive without a reservation, we can seat you only when the current session has space, and your play time runs until that session ends. Reserve a session.
